Kamado grill is made of high heat resistant ceramic, it can resist temperature over 1000 celsius. With egg shape, when you close it, it looks like a seal container with very good air tightness. The moisture of food can be kept inside very well and not easy to dry out. More succulent and juicier than steel grill and gas grill.
